We are not accepting returns or refunds of any medical device or products.

REFUND POLICY FOR SEMINAR REGISTRATION

Cancellations must be provided in writing within 30 days before the course for full refund. Cancellations received with less than 30 days notice are subject to a 15% adminstration fee. No refund for cancellations received within 7 days of the course.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

If the product is in stock our policy is to ship the merchandise out within two days (holidays not included). The standard carriers that we use are Canada Post and UPS. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, natural disaster or courier delays.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS

All merchandise prices do not include shipping charges or any applicable taxes.  Shipping charges are assessed based on the carrier, the weight of the package and the delivery time requested.  All deliveries will be standard unless requested otherwise.  Additional charges will apply for express delivery requests.
