In addition, we use a comprehensive card data security solution to process all credit card transactions. This allows our Merchant Services provider to encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR MERCHANDISE
Returned merchandise must be received in its original packaging and undamaged within 30 business days of receipt. Exchanges must be made not more than 90 days after receipt of merchandise. A customer may choose to retain a credit for future use.
REFUND POLICY FOR SEMINAR REGISTRATION
Cancellations must be provided in writing within 60 days before the course. We are unable to offer refunds within 30 days of a session, or after course materials have be received, due to non-refundable commitments. In the event that you cannot attend a session, arrangements can be made to have you attend the missed session at a later date.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
If the product is in stock our policy is to ship the merchandise out within two days of purchase. The standard carriers that we use are Canada Post and UPS. We are not responsible for delays due to weather or natural disaster.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS
All merchandise prices do not include shipping charges or any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are assessed based on the carrier, the weight of the package and the delivery time requested. All deliveries will be standard unless requested otherwise. Additional charges will apply for express delivery requests.
